DeBerry wanted to become an actress from a very young age and started out in commercials for Barbie, Burger King, and Hasbro. Her professional career began in 2001 after she was cast in the TV film The Way She Moves as a flower girl. This was followed by guest appearances in the episode(s) of the TV series It's a Miracle (2001), I'm with Her (2003), True Jackson, VP (2009), and Shake It Up (2010).
Finally, in 2011, she was cast as the recurring character Paisley Houndstooth in the Disney Channel Original Series A.N.T. Farm. She played the role until 2013- in a total of 31 episodes.
