Aoki Lee Simmons is a model by profession and American by nationality. She is the youngest daughter of businesswoman and fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons and writer Russell Simmons.

Aoki Lee Simmons was born on August 16, 2002, in the USA. Her mother, Kimora Lee Simmons, is a fashion designer and businesswoman, while her father, Russell Simmons, is a writer and entrepreneur. She grew up alongside her full sibling, older sister Ming Lee Simmons.

Following her parents’ divorce, her mother married Djimon Hounsou and later Tim Leissner. From both marriages, Aoki Lee Simmons has half-brothers named Kenzo and Wolfe, respectively. She also has an adopted brother named Gary, who was adopted at the age of 10 by her mother.

Rapper Diggy Simmons is her cousin.

Early Days

Between June 2018 and July 2018, Aoki Lee Simmons was an apprentice in field archeology in Alcudia, Balearic Islands, Spain. She interned at the NYC Office of the Mayor from June 2022 to August 2023.

Modeling

As a child, she has modeled for clothing brands including Just Fab and the Baby Phat line, which is run by her family.
