Between June 2018 and July 2018, Aoki Lee Simmons was an apprentice in field archeology in Alcudia, Balearic Islands, Spain. She interned at the NYC Office of the Mayor from June 2022 to August 2023.

Modeling

As a child, she has modeled for clothing brands including Just Fab and Baby Phat line, which is run by her family.
