Arian Nik is an actor, writer by profession, and British by nationality. He is well known for his work in the ITVX horror sitcom Count Abdulla, Still So Awkward, and in the films The Beekeeper, and Allelujah.

Arian Nik’s birth took place on 4 November 1994, in Leeds, England, UK. His mother’s name is Shirley Aryaie while the name of his biological father remains unknown. He has a sibling, an older brother.
After his parents separated, he was raised by his single Iranian mother until the age of six. During this time they stayed at a Women's Aid Hostel before getting a council flat in Meanwood.
His mother remarried to Hassan Ghassemi, making him his stepfather. Nik often features his step-father and maternal grandfather on his social media pages – sharing he would be nothing without them. It is unclear if he has any half-siblings or step-siblings.

Early Days
Arian Nik began his career as an actor in theatre. He performed in Remedial Remedies at Upstairs at The Gatehouse, The Ugly One at the Park Theatre, The Last Testament of Lillian Bilocca at Hull Truck Theatre, The Village at Theatre Royal Stratford East, Pufferfish for the 2019 VAULT Festival, and Cracked for the Arcola Theatre.
Having graduated college, Nik was cast in a 2019 episode of Killing Eve as Jay. This was followed by roles in the TV series Ackley Bridge (2019), Van der Valk (2020), Doctors (2020), The Bay (2021), and the films Artemis Fowl (2020), Dating Amber (2020), among others.

Finally, in 2021, Arian Nik was cast as Josh in the TV series Still So Awkward as the recurring character Josh. He portrayed the character for a total of 12 episodes which is considered his breakthrough role.
Over the years, he has starred in the films Allelujah (2022), Jungle (2023), Hamdardi (2023), The Beekeeper (2024), etc. He has also appeared in the episodes of the TV series Count Abdulla (2023) as Abdulla and Passenger (2024) as Nish Chowdry.
