Falcone’s debut screen role was in the 2001 film Rennie's Landing. This was followed by minor appearances in the TV series Curb Your Enthusiasm (2002), Gilmore Girls (2003), According to Jim (2003), My Name Is Earl (2006), and in the films Confessions of an Action Star (2005), Cheaper by the Dozen 2 (2005), Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties (2006), among others.

Finally, in 2004, he was cast as Howard in the TV series Joey. Although his character only appeared in 17 episodes from 2004 to 2006, it gave him diverse roles in TV as well as films.
