Charlotte McKinney is a former Instagram model, actress by profession, and American by nationality. Since rising to fame for appearing in a Carl's Jr. commercial in 2015, she has starred in Baywatch, Fantasy Island, and The Argument.

Charlotte McKinney’s birth took place on August 6, 1993, in Orlando, Florida, USA. She was born Charlotte Ann McKinney to her Canadian mother Susan McKinney and her father Terry McKinney. She is not the only child of her parents and has a sibling, an older sister named Garland Marie McKinney.

McKinney has revealed that while growing up she was bullied for her body development during puberty and has dyslexia.

McKinney began her career in modeling soon after dropping out of high school. However, she struggled to find success with an agency. So Charlotte McKinney opted for Instagram and soon enough she had millions of followers. Now “Insta-famous” she was featured in Men’s magazine Esquire.

Furthermore, Charlotte McKinney was able to campaign with Guess and soon signed with Wilhelmina Models. Finally, in 2015 she appeared in Carl's Jr.'s All Natural Burger commercial which went on to air regionally during Super Bowl XLIX. The commercial went viral and McKinney garnered national attention.

In 2015 Charlotte McKinney competed in season 20 of Dancing with the Stars. She and professional dancer partner Keoikantse Motsepe finished in 11th place.

She went on to land minor roles in films Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser (2015), Mad Families (2017), Literally, Right Before Aaron (2017), and Lip Sync Battle.

Charlotte McKinney’s breakthrough role came in 2017 when she was cast in 2017’s Baywatch as Julia. Since then she has starred in films Flatliners (2017), Fantasy Island (2020), and The Argument, and in the TV series MacGyver (2018), and Historical Roasts (2019).
