Early Career

Henggeler’s interest in acting grew when she was a high school student. Following a suggestion from her high school friend Patti, she auditioned for the school production of Carousel.

In 2003 Courtney Henggeler started her professional career as an actress. Her first roles in films The Bog Creatures (2003), The Legacy of Walter Frumm (2005), and as a guest star in the TV series House (2005), Criminal Minds (2008), NCIS (2009), Accidentally on Purpose (2009).

In 2008 she was cast as the guest role of Missy Cooper in The Big Bang Theory. Courtney Henggeler played the role for a total of two episodes, the latter one being in 2018.

Since then she has had appearances in films Friends with Benefits (2011), Kristin's Christmas Past (2013), Feed (2017), and Nobody's Fool (2018). Courtney Henggeler has extensively worked in TV series than in films. She has starred in Mom (2013-2015), Faking It (2014), and Mary + Jane (2016), among others.
