Henggeler’s interest in acting grew when she was a high school student. Following a suggestion from her high school friend Patti, she auditioned for the school production of Carousel.

In 2003, Courtney Henggeler started her professional career as an actress. Her first roles in films were The Bog Creatures (2003), The Legacy of Walter Frumm (2005), and as a guest star in the TV series House (2005), Criminal Minds (2008), NCIS (2009), and Accidentally on Purpose (2009).
