Ethan Slater is an actor, writer by profession, and American by nationality. He is known for his work in SpongeBob SquarePants musical, the Broadway revival of Spamalot, and the films Wicked and Wicked: Part Two.

Ethan Slater was born on June 2, 1992, in Washington, D.C., USA as Ethan Samuel Slater. His father Jay Slater worked at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and his mother Ellen Goldmuntz worked as a lawyer before she passed away when he was seven years old.

He is not the only child of his parents and has two siblings – older sisters Sara Slater and Tamara Slater.
