FaZe Banks, whose real name is Richard Bengtson, is a YouTuber, a gamer by profession, and an American by nationality. He is the CEO of the famous FaZe Clan.

Faze Banks’ birth took place on October 18, 1991, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, USA. Also known as Ricky Banks he was born Richard Bengtson.

FaZe Banks is currently in a relationship with former Team 10 member and fellow YouTuber Alissa Violet. He began dating her in 2017 after meeting in June 2017. In July 2019 it was reported that the pair had broken up after two years of dating.
After Faze posted a message, in Dec 2019, that said "I love you," Violet accused him of cheating saying, “Did you ‘love me" when you said you were at Highlight Room but I had your location and you were at a random apartment complex for two hours?”
However, in March 2020 it was reported that they might be back together after the exes were spotted together.
Banks is currently unmarried, sans wife and children. As he has never married, divorce is out of context. Before Banks, Violet dated Jake Paul between 2016 and 2017.

FaZe Banks – Career
FaZe Banks started out with the name BanksHasBank making short 36-60 second clips of trick shots or game kills. He was a member of the SoaR clan and was called SoaR Banks. In 2013 he joined the FaZe clan where he played video games including Call of Duty.
He also continued to make Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 3 videos. After moving to the Clout House on March 20, 2017, FaZe Banks started to collaborate with fellow YouTubers on the house to make more vlogs. He also started his own podcast called Moms Basement alongside YouTuber Keemstar.
In his content, we can find a mixture of videos like reactions, pranks, vlogs, and gaming videos. Now he serves as the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of the clan. Other clan members include FaZe Rug, FaZe Adapt, FaZe Censor, and FaZe Apex.
FaZe Banks – Controversy
Banks have been involved in numerous controversies and feuds over the years. In August 2017 Jake Paul accused FaZe Banks on a video of clotheslining Megan Zelly and giving her a bruise on the neck.
In response, in his video, he explained every detail he and his 2 friends remembered and also interviewed Team 10 Member Max Beaumont about the incident. As a result, FaZe Banks gained 1 million subscribers in a week while Jake Paul lost about 200,000 subscribers.
In November 2017, FaZe Banks and Alissa Violet were involved in a fight with 2 Barley Staffs who attacked Violet. She was left with a busted lip, and black eye while Banks broke the third finger on his left hand.
Months later Jake and Logan Paul were seen partying at the Barley House which arose the suspicion that they might have been involved in the whole incident.
On May 20, 2019, the FaZe clan was sued by YouTuber Tfue for allegedly limiting his ability to pursue his career and wanting to get out of his contract with the FaZe clan. On May 23, 2019, the contract was leaked by The Blast News.

His net worth is estimated to be around $13 Million whereas there have been no estimates on his salary.
