Van Dien’s debut role was in the TV movie The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation. This was followed by roles in the films Sleeping Beauty (2014), Fire Twister (2015), Army Dog (2016), Patient Seven (2016), The Bad Twin (2016), Awaken the Shadowman (2017), Charlie Says (2018), etc and in the episodes of the TV series Code Black (2015), White Famous (2017), among others.

Finally, Grace Van Dien was cast as Brooke Osmond in the TV series Greenhouse Academy. This is considered her breakthrough role, having appeared in around 25 episodes, until 2019.
