Who is Huda Kattan?

Huda Kattan is a YouTuber, entrepreneur, blogger, and makeup artist by profession and American, Iraqi by nationality. She is the founder of the cosmetics line Huda Beauty and is one of the social media influencers with over 35 million followers on Instagram alone.

Huda Kattan – Bio, Age, Parents, Siblings

Huda Kattan’s birth took place on October 2, 1983, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. She was born Huda Kattan to her Iraqi mother Susu Al Qazzaz and her Iraqi father Ibrahim Kattan. She is not the only child of her parents and has three siblings – sisters Alya Kattan, Mona Kattan, and brother Khalid Kattan.

Growing up Huda Kattan moved to Cookeville, Tennessee, and then to Dartmouth, Massachusetts. And in 2006, she along with her family moved to Dubai as her father was offered employment in teaching there. A couple of years later Kattan moved back to Los Angeles and studied makeup.

Education, Ethnicity

For education she attended Dartmouth High School, graduating in 2001. She then went on to study at the University of Michigan–Dearborn where she majored in finance.

Her ethnicity is Iraqi.

Huda Kattan – Boyfriend, Husband, Children, Divorce

Huda Kattan married her longtime Portuguese boyfriend Christopher Goncalo on May 30, 2009. The couple had met while they were students in high school.

She and her husband welcomed their daughter Nour Gisel in 2011. As of 2020, they are living happily without rumors of extra-marital affairs and divorce. Together they are raising their daughter the best way they can.

Huda Kattan – Career

After completing her course in makeup, Huda Kattan began working as a makeup artist. Her clients included celebrities such as Eva Longoria and Nicole Richie. Before long, she returned to Dubai where she worked as a makeup artist for Revlon.

Following her sister’s suggestion, Kattan started a beauty blog named Huda Beauty, where she posted makeup tutorials and tips. A few years later, in 2013, Huda Kattan founded Huda Beauty, a cosmetics line. Her first beauty product, a series of fake eyelashes, was released through Sephora and was most famously worn by Kim Kardashian.

Now, Huda Beauty has extended its products to eye shadow palettes, liquid lipsticks, lip liners, highlighter palettes, foundations, concealers, baking powders, and liquid eyeshadows.

In 2018 Kattan starred in Huda Boss, her own Facebook Watch reality series alongside her family.

Kattan has been very vocal about her undergoing plastic surgeries. In January 2019 she spoke of her lip fillers, nose job, boob job, etc. She also revealed that she has fillers in her cheeks and face.

Her sister Alya manages her social media whereas her other sister Mona is her business partner.
