Who is Jessica Lowndes?

Jessica Lowndes is an actress, singer, and songwriter by profession and Canadian by nationality. She is best known for starring in 90210 as Adrianna Tate-Duncan and in multiple Hallmark Channel movies A December Bride, Merry Matrimony, Christmas at Pemberley Manor, and Rediscovering Christmas.

Jessica Lowndes’ birth took place on November 8, 1988, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She was born Jessica Suzanne Lowndes to her father Dan Lownes and her mother Suzanne Lowndes, a piano teacher. 

She is not the only child of her parents and has a sibling, a younger sister named Jacqueline Lowndes.

She was raised in Surrey where she attended Pacific Academy, a private school. Since she was passionate about singing and dancing, she aspired to establish her career in entertainment. 

While still a student in high school, he earned her first major acting opportunity as well as produced her own music. So at the age of 16, she told her parents that she wanted to drop out of school. With encouragement from her parents, Jessica Lowndes moved to Los Angeles.

She is of English, Scottish, and Irish ethnicity.

Since her rise to fame, Lowndes has been in several high-profile relationships. She has dated fellow celebrities Thom Evans, Adam Gregory, Jeremy Bloom, and Aaron Paul.

In March 2016 engagement rumors between her and Jon Lovitz started after Jessica Lowndes teased her Instagram followers about a new man in her life and even went as far as to post a photo of a diamond engagement ring. Viewers’ Interests and curiosity for the “couple” built up, mostly due to their 31-year age gap.

According to CNN, the actress later cleared out that it was an early April fool joke and was merely a ruse to promote her music video and that he is a good friend of hers.

Currently, she seems to be single, but a secret boyfriend cannot be ruled out. Also, she is sans husband and children and as she has never been married, divorce is out of context.

Early Career

Lowndes made her acting debut in 2005 with the film Saving Milly as Andrea Kondracke. She went on to land guest roles in Masters of Horror, Alice I Think, To Have and to Hold, The Haunting of Molly Hartley, and Greek.

Finally, in 2008, Jessica Lowndes was selected as one of the main cast in TV drama TV series 90210 as Adrianna Tate-Duncan. She portrayed the character for a total of 114 episodes.

Since her breakthrough role she has starred in films Altitude (2010), The Devil's Carnival (2012), Eden (2015), Abattoir (2016), and Magical Christmas Ornaments (2017). 

Over the years Jessica Lowndes has also portrayed roles in Hawaii Five-0 (2015), Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency (2016), Major Crimes (2017), and in numerous Hallmark films including Merry Matrimony (2015), Christmas at Pemberley Manor (2018), Over the Moon in Love (2019), A Deadly Adoption (2015), Rediscovering Christmas (2019).

As a singer, Jessica Lowndes has released a number of singles that have been featured in 90210 as well as the Hallmark Channel movie Over the Moon in Love.
