Who is John Cho?
John Cho is an actor by profession, Korean, and American by nationality. He is best known for his role in Harold & Kumar and Star Trek films.
John Cho – Age, Parents, Siblings
John Cho’s birth took place as Cho Yo Han in Seoul, South Korea. He was born on June 16, 1972, to Korean parents. His mother, a businesswoman, is of South Korean descent while his father, a Christian minister, is originally from North Korea. He is not the only child of his parents and has a sibling, a brother.
In 1978, he moved with his family to the United States. The family moved to Houston, Seattle, Daly City, California, and Monterey Park, California before finally settling in Los Angeles, where he grew up.

Education, Ethnicity
For education, he attended Herbert Hoover High School, graduating in 1990. He then enrolled at the University of California and graduated from the same in 1996 with a BA degree in English.
His ethnicity is Korean.
John Cho – Girlfriend, Wife, Children, Divorce
John Cho is married to actress Kerri Higuchi. The couple married in 2006. They welcomed their son Kage Cho in May 2008 while their daughter was born in February 2013.
As of 2019, the couple is happily married with no rumors of extra-marital affairs or divorce.

John Cho – Career
Before fame
Soon after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, he moved to Los Angeles. John Cho taught English at Pacific Hills School while also working at the East-West Players' Theater. There he appeared in The Taste of Kona Coffee in 1996 and My Tired Broke Ass Pontificating Slapstick Funk in 2000.
In 1999, John Cho landed a minor role in American Pie, in which he popularized the slang term MILF. He reprised his role in three sequels: American Pie 2, American Wedding, and American Reunion.

Soon he starred in Better Luck Tomorrow (2002), Big Fat Liar (2002), Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004), Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008), A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas (2011), The Singles Table (2006), Star Trek film series (2009, 2013, 2016), Grudge (2020), Tigertail (2019), to name a few.
