Bew began dating photographer Faye Thomas in 2014 and got engaged to her in February 2019 after years of dating. They married on August 28, 2019. With his wife, he has two children, son Leo Wolf Peter Bew (born in February 2021) and daughter Ivy Phoenix Bew (born August 2023).

Early Days
Growing up, Bew was a fencer and had won the under-16 and under-17 British épée titles. He competed throughout Europe and secured 21st at the Cadet World Championships in 1996. He also was a competitive swimmer and basketball player.
After graduation from college, Kieran Bew worked extensively in British theatre including at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre production of Hamlet and Two Noble Kinsmen. Other stage credits include Richard II at the Old Vic Theatre, The House of Special Purpose at Minerva Theatre, Reasons to Be Pretty at the Almeida Theatre, After Miss Julie at the Young Vic Theatre, Thérèse Raquin at Theatre Royal Bath.
