Lana Gomez’s birth took place on 23 April 1983 in the United States of America. Her mother’s name is Simone Lutgert Gomez and her father’s name is Scott Lutgert. Her mother worked as a Naples philanthropist.
She is not the only child of her parents and has two siblings- sister Heather Dockweiler and brother Rodney Weiss. When she was a young girl, she used to paint with her father, just to have fun. These amateur painting sessions with her father led her to become the great artist that she is today.

Lana Gomez – Career
After her graduation in 2007, Lana Gomez moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career as a painter. There she followed her passion to paint, often experimenting with acrylics while also mixing materials for the best results. Her creative designs were unique, such that they caught the attention of a famed interior designer, Kelly Wearstler.
Gomez then collaborated with Wearstler in Wearstler’s studio, Kelly’s design studio. Impressed with Gomez’s art, Wearstler selected her to work on a mural-sized piece, which is featured in her book, Hue.

One of her greatest creations of art, alongside Shepard Fairey, is the 10-foot guitar sculptures in Guitar Town on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. As Gomez’s career grew, she was featured in major publications including The New Yorker, House Beautiful, Lonny magazine, and InStyle.
In addition, her art is featured even in the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills. Also, Lana Gomez’s creation took to private homes, offices, and outdoor events.
Now, Gomez has her own showroom in West Hollywood. Her husband is also a great “advertisement” for her work as she designs printing material and stages photo shoots for her husband. In addition to all her current work, Gomez is working as a Creative Director of her husband Sebastian's company while running her very own online art magazine.
