Osnes began performing in plays in the second grade, where she played a munchkin in her school’s production of The Wizard of Oz. Later in her adult years, she made her way into Broadway with Brooks Atkinson Theatre’s Grease (2007-2008). 

Over the years Laura Osnes has starred in Broadway productions of South Pacific (2008-2009), Anything Goes  (2011), Bonnie and Clyde (2011), Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella (2013-2014), and Bandstand (2017). 

She has also played roles in a regional production of Bonnie and Clyde (2009, 2010), Carousel (2015), and the off-Broadway production of Threepenny Opera (2014).
