Lauren Kitt Carter’s birth took place on June 3, 1983, in Los Angeles, California, USA. She was born Lauren Michelle Kitt to his Irish mother Robin Kitt and his Mexican-Native American father Larry Kitt. She is not the only child of her parents and has a sibling- a sister named Alexandra Kitt.

Growing up, Lauren Kitt Carter had a tough childhood. Her parents divorced and her estranged mother was a con artist. When she was 18 years old, she lived in Tokyo, Japan for 3 years and then in Paris before moving back to the United States.
