Lyle Brocato was born on June 30, 1979, in Patterson, Louisiana, USA. His birth name is Lyle Nicholas Brocato. His mother’s name is Loretta Brocato and his father’s name is Mike Brocato. He is not the only child of his parents and has three siblings, older brother Michael Brocato Jr. and sisters Nicole Brocato, and Michelle Brocato.

Brocato began his career as an actor in the early 2000s. His debut screen role was in an episode of the TV series Clubhouse (2004) as Derrick. This was followed by roles in the TV movies Beauty & the Briefcase (2010), Revenge of the Bridesmaids (2010), and in the episode(s) of TV series Memphis Beat (2010), The Young and the Restless (2010), Treme (2011). Lyle Brocato also had a minor role as Jim in the 2011 film Texas Killing Fields.

Finally, in 2012 he landed the recurring role of Peter in the TV series Common Law. He portrayed the character for a total of 12 episodes which is his breakthrough role.
