Who is Marie Osmond?
Marie Osmond is an actress, singer, author, and talk show host by profession, and American by nationality. She is well known as a member of the show business family The Osmonds, co-host of the talk show Donny & Marie with her brother Donny Osmond, and new co-host on The Talk.
Marie Osmond – Bio, Age, Parents, Siblings
Marie Osmond’s birth took place on October 13, 1959, in Ogden, Utah, USA. She was born Olive Marie Osmond to her mother Olive May Osmond and her father George Virl Osmond, who were both patriarchs of the singing Osmond family.
She is not the only child of her parents and eight siblings, she is the eighth of nine children and the only daughter. Her brothers are named Virl, Tom, Alan, Wayne, Merrill, Jay, Donny, and Jimmy Osmond.

For education, Marie Osmond completed high school but did not pursue a career in academics.

Marie Osmond – Boyfriend, Husband, Children, Divorce
Osmond was engaged to boyfriend Jeff Crayton, an acting student in May 1979 but their engagement ended in July of the same year. She went on to briefly date Erik Estrada and Andy Gibb around the same time.
On June 26, 1982, she married Stephen Lyle Craig, a Brigham Young University basketball player. She and her husband welcomed their son Stephen James Craig on April 20, 1983. But their marriage did not last and the couple divorced in October 1985.
A year later, on October 28, 1986, Marie Osmond married Brian Blosil. Their two children daughter Rachael Lauren Blosil and son Matthew Richard Blosil were born on August 19, 1989, and July 6, 1998, respectively.
The couple also adopted 5 children- Jessica Marie (b. December 17, 1987), Michael Bryan (May 4, 1991 – February 26, 2010), Brandon Warren (b. November 1996), Brianna Patricia (b. November 19, 1997), Abigail Olive May (b. September 5, 2002).
However, this marriage too ended in divorce in 2007. Osmond went on to remarry her first husband Stephen Craig, the father of her first child, on May 4, 2011. She is now a grandmother and welcomed her fifth grandchild in July 2019.

Marie Osmond – Career
Early Career
Born into a family of entertainers, Marie Osmond also took in her family’s footsteps. Her debut appearance on TV was when she was just 4 years old as a part of her brothers' act The Osmond Brothers on The Andy Williams Show.
In 1973 she released her first single Paper Roses as a solo artist through their family’s label MGM/Kolob Records. Her single reached the Top 5 on the Billboard magazine pop chart and also earned a gold record.
Acting
In 1975 Marie Osmond and her older brother Donny Osmond began hosting a show, which was picked up mid-season as a weekly variety show and later began airing in 1976. The show which was named Donny & Marie, was renamed The Osmond Family Hour in 1979. Donny & Marie made a comeback as a TV series in 1998 and ran until 2000.
