Michelle Khare is a YouTuber, actress, TV host by profession, and American by nationality. She is well known for her YouTube show Challenge Accepted and HBO Max's Karma.

Michelle Khare was born on August 10, 1992, in Shreveport, Los Angeles, USA. She was born Michelle Asha Khare to her Indian father Vivek Khare and her Caucasian mother Laura Khare. Her parents raised her alongside her sibling, a younger sister named Madeline “moop” Khare.
Growing up, she shared that she often yearned to learn about her Indian heritage. But her parents were too busy to make a living to talk to her about her heritage. However, her father, who was then in medical school, did buy her a Rosetta Stone six-CD package to learn Hindi.

Michelle Khare was educated at Caddo Parish Magnet High School, graduating in 2010. She was ranked 1st in Louisiana for Women’s foil fencing and was a Valedictorian. She went on to study at Dartmouth College where she earned a BA in Digital Media and Technology in 2014. She also took classes at iOWest Comedy School in 2015.
Her ethnicity is biracial- Indian and Caucasian.

Michelle Khare is in a relationship with her longtime creative partner Garrett Kennell. She has been dating her boyfriend since October 2018. Their relationship became engaged to be married after Kennell proposed to her in February 2020, which they gladly shared on social media. In March 2021, the couple announced that they were postponing their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Khare and her soon-to-be husband do not have any children yet.

Early Days
Khare was a set production assistant for the 2011 feature film Snith. She also worked at NBC Universal for two months as a Winter Quarter Intern followed by an internship at DreamWorks Animation for a total of 8 months. She has also done internships at Google and Carousel Productions.
For the 2014-2015 season, Michelle Khare joined as a Professional Cyclist in BMW p/b Happy Tooth Professional Women's Cycling Team. She then went on to work at BuzzFeed as a Video Producer from October 2014 to April 2017.

After her younger sister inspired her to start a YouTube channel, Michelle Khare did so. However, her channel was inactive as she worked at Buzzfeed. She started focusing on her own channel in 2016. Her series Challenge Accepted has become very popular and as of December 2020, she has over 2.29 million subscribers.

As a TV host, Khare has been working in the competition program Karma since June 2020.
