Mig Macario’s birth took place on March 16, 1970, in Atimonan, Quezon, Philippines. He was born Miguelito Macario Andaluz and was named after Macario Sakay, the Filipino revolutionary, general, and actor.

Early Days
Mig Macario had always been interested in performing. So he began participating in plays and joined the drama club while he was in high school.
Macario began his career as an actor in 1986, his debut role being in the teen soap opera Fifteen. This was followed by roles in the TV series 21 Jump Street (1987-1988), Northwood (1991-1992), The Sentinel (1996), and Hope Island (1999).
After 2000
Since 2000, Mig Macario has been securing a series of roles in numerous TV series as well as TV films.
He has had guest roles in TV series The Collector (2004), Less Than Kind (2007), Fringe (2010-2011), Arctic Air (2013), Rush (2014), S.W.A.T. (2017), Criminal Minds (2017), Velvet Buzzsaw (2019), Once Upon a Time, The Whispers (2014-present) among others.
After being cast on Hallmark Channel’s Ruby Herring Mysteries, Macario has been a part of the series since December 2018.
