She is currently dating fellow Love Island cast, Tommy Fury. In September 2022, the couple announced that they were pregnant and expecting a daughter. They welcomed daughter Bambi Fury on January 30, 2023. It is unclear if the couple is now engaged.

Hague started out with Instagram. She began posting in June 2017 which included casual, glam, and bikini modeling photos. Before she was cast in the 2019 reality TV series Love Island, she had over 159k Instagram followers and was crowned World Miss Teen Supermodel UK 2016/17. 

Since then Molly-Mae Hague has also made a YouTube channel and has gained well over 210k subscribers.

Her appearance on the show was on the fourth day, episode three of the series, making her the third newcomer on the show. She saved Tommy Fury from being eliminated by choosing him as her partner in the series. But once newcomer Danny Williams showed up, she was swayed towards Williams. However, they re-coupled soon.

The couple finished the competition in the second position. 

Since leaving the villa Molly-Mae Hague has launched beauty products under the name filterbymolly including tanning products and moisturizers.
