Who is Morgan Adams?

Morgan Adams is a YouTuber by profession and American by nationality. She is the younger sister of YouTuber Ryland Adams and a close friend of Shane Dawson, who is also Ryland's boyfriend.

Morgan Adams’ birth took place on August 22, 1997, in Denver, Colorado, USA. She was born to her father Bruce Adams, a baker, and her mother Vicki Adams, a receptionist and a photographer.

She is not the only child of her parents and has two siblings- brother Austin Adams and older brother Ryland Adams, who is also a YouTuber and is now married to Shane Dawson.

For education, Morgan Adams attended Cherokee Trail High School. After graduation, she went on to study at the University of Hawaii and the University of Colorado but dropped out in 2017.

Her ethnicity is Caucasian.

Adams is very secretive about most of her personal life. However, on November 8, 2019, she uploaded a video titled Why I’ve never had a boyfriend. She explained in the video that she had never been on a real date and went on to find a man and went on her first date with Shawn.

Early Days

While a student in Hawaii, Morgan Adams was given the opportunity to move to the Czech Republic. However, due to officials losing her visa application papers, she could not move to Europe. Having dropped out of University in 2017, she started her career on YouTube.

However, this was not her first attempt at YouTube as Adams had made several failed attempts as a YouTuber since the age of 12.

In her self-titled YouTube channel, her famous brother Ryland Adams and his longtime boyfriend (now engaged) Shane Dawson made appearances as well as giving out shoutouts. 

Since uploading her first video on April 1, 2017, she has gained over 3.25 million subscribers (as of February 2020). Her content consists of vlogs, reaction videos, collaborations, travels, etc. 

Moreover, she has had appearances in Chaos Wolves (2015), Shane (2017), and The Mind of Jake Paul (2018).

Since her rise to fame via YouTube, Morgan Adams has been criticized by viewers for making use of Shane Dawson’s and Ryland Adams’ popularity to get views. 

Both her brother and brother-in-law have defended her. In addition, she posted a video explaining that though many viewers came from their YouTube channels, most of them stayed due to her own videos.
