Early Days
In the summer of 2012, Nick Crompton had holidays ahead but not much to do. He started recording almost everything he did all the while talking to it. He created a YouTube channel thenickcompton and posted the video online. He was not exactly happy with the results but kept making videos. Gradually he started getting better with each passing day.
Nick Crompton further opened a second YouTube channel named ThePodGames. On his first YouTube channel, he does pranks, challenges, and reaction videos. His second channel is truly dedicated to gaming and his gaming talents.
Social media influencer
As his popularity increased, so did his involvement as a social media influencer. Nick Crompton co-founded Social Chain in February 2015 where he positions as Head of Talent & Influencers.
Other co-founders and members are Founder & CEO Steve Bartlett, Business Director Oliver Yonchev, Director of Account Michael Heaven, Director of Creative Hannah Anderson, Director of Content Tim Hyde, Co-Founder Dominic McGregor, and Director of Marketing Ashley Jones.
