He has also worked in the plays Tennessee William's A Streetcar Named Desire as Stanley Kowalski, Arthur Miller's The Crucible as Thomas Putnam, and William Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream as Demetrius.

Sam Corlett’s debut role was in the 2018 short film Noah followed by another short film Pretty Face, released the same year. This was followed by a guest role in an episode of the TV series Acting for a Cause (2020) as Mr. Bingley and in the film The Dry (2020) as young Luke. Finally, in 2020, Corlett was cast as Caliban in the TV series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. He portrayed the character for a total of 14 episodes and is his breakthrough.
