Tameka Harris is a singer and songwriter by profession and American by nationality. She is best known as a member of the multi-platinum R&B vocal group Xscape and as the wife of rapper T.I. She has undergone numerous cosmetic surgery including one to change her eye color from brown to ice-gray.

Tameka Harris started dating rapper T.I., his real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. in 2001. After dating for almost 10 years, she married her boyfriend on July 30, 2010, in Miami Beach, Florida.
The couple has three children together, their sons Clifford Joseph Harris III was born on August 25, 2004, and Major Philant Harris was born on May 16, 2008. Their daughter was born on Heiress Diana Harris was born on March 26, 2016.
She and her husband lost a daughter, Llayah Amour Harris to miscarriage after six months into pregnancy in 2007. Harris also has an older daughter, Zonnique Pullins (born March 20, 1996) from her relationship with ex-boyfriend Zonnie "Zeboe" Pullins, whom she dated from 1992 to 1992.

Tameka Harris – Career
Harris started her career while still a student in high school. She joined the R&B quartet Xscape in 1992 and the group was soon discovered by producer Jermaine Dupri while they sang at his birthday celebration. The group was signed to his new record label, So So Def Recordings.
Over the years, Xscape released three platinum albums: Hummin' Comin' at 'Cha, Off the Hook, and Traces of My Lipstick (1998). But soon after the release of their third album, the band separated.

After a five-year hiatus, Tameka Harris teamed up with LaTocha, Tamika Scott, and Kiesha Miles to release the Xscape album entitled Unchained followed by the single What's Up in 2005. She has also recorded soundtracks for films Soul Food, Panther, Bad Boys, and Love Jones.
Her solo single What The F**k You Gon Do? was released on July 22, 2014, and reached number 1 on the iTunes R&B/Soul charts within 24 hours. She also starred in the reality series, Tiny and Toya, which debuted in June 2009, and in T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle premiered in December 2011.
Tameka Harris still works with Kiesha Miles and daughter Zonnique in the project OMG Girlz. She and Kandi Burruss have been credited for writing Ed Sheeran’s single Shape of You. She announced on April 16, 2019, that she will be releasing solo music.

Tameka Harris – Legal issues
On September 1, 2010, Cottle and T.I. were arrested in Los Angeles after the police reported the odor of burnt marijuana from their vehicle. The search resulted in the discovery of possession of a controlled substance, ecstasy.
Both were arrested and released on $10,000 bail.
