Tamron Hall is a broadcast journalist, TV host by profession, and American by nationality. She is best known for hosting Deadline: Crime and the show Tamron Hall on the Disney channel. She is a former news anchor for NBC News, and host for MSNBC Live, Today's Take.
Tamron Hall – Age, Parents, Siblings
Tamron Hall’s birth took place on September 16, 1970, in Luling, Texas, USA. She was raised by her mother Mary Newton and stepfather Clarence Newton Sr. Not much is known about her biological father.
She also had a sibling, an older sister named Renate, who was murdered in 2004.

After graduating from Polytechnic High School, she went on to join Temple University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.

Tamron Hall – Boyfriend, Husband, Children, Divorce
In 2011 Hall began a relationship with Lawrence O’Donnell but the couple broke up after years of dating.
Tamron Hall married her longtime boyfriend Steven Greener, who is a music executive. In March 2019 she shared that she is pregnant with her husband’s child. On April 25, 2019, she announced that she had given birth for the first time after birthing her son Moses Greener at the age of 48.
The couple is living happily without rumors of extra-marital affairs or divorce.

Early Days
Soon after graduation, Tamron Hall started working for KBTX from 1994 to 1994. With a better offer from, KTVT she joined the channel and worked there for about 5 years from 1994 to 1997. She then had the opportunity to join WFLD where she reported on issues related to Chicago politics.
At WFLD, Hall also held the position of general assignment reporter, and consumer reporter, and also hosted Fox News in the Morning, and covered breaking news.

After 2007
In 2007, Tamron Hall joined the national news networks MSNBC and NBC News. The next year she interviewed Barack Obama one-on-one before he announced his run for the presidency in 2008.
At MSNBC, she first worked as a general reporter, and fill-in anchor and later in 2009 became the co-host of a two-hour program, The Big Picture alongside David Shuster. In 2010 Tamron Hall was selected to host NewsNation with Tamron Hall where she interviewed high-profile individuals and covered news from the USA on a global scale.

Tamron Hall started to host Today's Take in February 2014, making her the first African American woman to co-anchor the Today Show.
She has also been hosting Deadline: Crime With Tamron Hall, on Investigation Discovery since September 2013. She dedicates the series to her older sister whose death was ruled as a homicide in 2004 but has remained unsolved.
In February 2017 Hall and NBC News released a joint statement confirming that she will depart from NBC and MSNBC as her contract will expire by the end of the month. Her talk show Tamron Hall, which is in collaboration with Disney will begin to air in the fall of 2019.

Hall has been nominated for two Emmys, once in 2010 and the second time in 2011. She won an Edward R. Murrow Award in 2016 for her report on domestic abuse.
