In the pictures, the 36-year-old showed off her natural face as she wore a jean jacket and a white shirt with strawberries.

Her fans and viewers were quick to praise the reality star for her big achievement.

“Gosh, I like you even better without the filters! You look even more beautiful,” wrote one follower.

“You look great, congratulations, all your hard work shows. You are glowing from the inside out. Keep going beautiful,” another gushed.

“Girl you are such an inspiration to so many. Your strength and perseverance is a fantastic examples for so many struggling. Thank you for sharing your story. Keep rocking it beautiful!,” a fan commented.

This drastic change came following Slaton’s admission to a food rehab center after she struggled to reach her target weight for bariatric surgery qualification.

She also met Caleb Willingham while recovering from surgery.  Slaton and her boyfriend got engaged in October 2022 and married just a month later – in November 2022 – surrounded by close friends and family.

However, fans have raised concerns over Willingham’s “creepy” behavior and have even accused him of “controlling” and “stalking” the reality star.

In March 2023, Slaton showed off her dramatic weight loss. In the social media pictures, she sat outside while enjoying the warm sun as she was assisted by oxygen tubes. Fans and viewers were quick to praise Slaton for her much slimmer and healthier appearance. However, she still needed assistance from oxygen tubes.

Just a month later, in early May 2023, she was spotted running errands and shopping while walking unassisted – without using any type of stroller or walking device.
