Former Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his wife, Lauren Burnham Luyendyk have announced the gender of their twins on Instagram.
The 39-year-old reality star posted a series of pictures with Lauren and their 1-year-old daughter Alessi as they hold cotton candies- both blue and pink, revealing they are expecting both a boy and a girl.
“BOY! & GIRL! How did we get so lucky,” he captioned the post tagging the unborn twins’ Instagram handle, “So excited to meet the @luyendyktwins”
Lauren, 29, also shared snaps of the same photoshoot, “Alessi is getting a baby BROTHER & a baby SISTER we couldn’t be more excited!”

“2 little miracles. Love them with all my heart already.” he had written introducing the twins’ Instagram handle, which now boasts 238,000 followers.
The couple married in Hawaii in 2019 after their engagement on “After the Final Rose” following his decision to split from winner Becca Kufrin. Lauren was the runner-up on The Bachelor where Luyendyk was the “prize.”
