‘Bachelorette’ star Chase McNary and girlfriend Ellie White engaged
Chase McNary has finally proposed to his longtime girlfriend Ellie White and she has accepted his final rose.
The former Bachelorette contestant announced the exciting news via Instagram with the words, “It was always you.”
The reality star who works as a medical sales representative has been dating since 2020. The romantic proposal seems to have been planned at the base of the Rocky Mountains outside of Breckenridge, Colorado with a romantic picnic.
Scottsdale, Arizona native Chase McNary, who works as a hat designer and financial planning firm director, also took to Instagram to write of her engagement, “Take me off the roster. Forever his.”
McNary, 33, first gained fame as he competed in season 12 of The Bachelorette for the hands of JoJo Fletcher where he finished as the season’s second runner-up. Later he also revealed that he was almost chosen by AMC as the Bachelor for season 21.
McNary shared with Us Weekly, “I went through the negotiations, I accepted the offer, I signed the contract. I talked to my family, and friends, about being the Bachelor. It was the Monday before they announced it that they told me I wasn’t the Bachelor. So I found out with the rest of the world that it was Nick.”
He did however go on to appear on Bachelor in Paradise.
