‘DWTS’ alum Emma Slater files for divorce from husband Sasha Farber

Emma Slater has filed for divorce from her estranged husband Sasha Farber, nearly one year after the pair announced their separation.

In the court documents, the 34-year-old Dancing with the Stars alum had cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce.

In addition, a source close to the couple revealed that “there’s no bad blood” between and they “still remain close.”

Back in August 2022, Slater and Farber, 38, first announced that they were going their separate ways after four years of marriage.

The divorce filing confirmed that the legal date of separation is April 1, 2022, which agrees with previous source reports that the pair had split in August.

Back in 2011, Slater and Farber began dating just to break-up up three years later. However, the couple got back together and Farber got engaged after he proposed to her in 2016 during a live taping of DWTS.

Although neither of them has directly commented on the divorce on social media, Sasha Farber did post a shirtless picture on his Instagram.

“Living the dream!!!!!!!! Grateful and thankful for every day,” he captioned the post.

The divorced couple is starring together on the 2023 Dancing With the Stars tour.
