Jason Oppenheim and Marie Lou Nurk have ended their relationship after 10 months of dating.

Oppenheim confirmed that he and his girlfriend have split up via Instagram.

“While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome,” the real estate agent wrote on his Instagram story.

The post which featured them watching the sunset continued, “We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”

The 46-year-old Selling Sunset star and the 25-year-old model had been in a long relationship since Nurk moved back to Paris.

She had been living with the reality TV star in Los Angeles for a while.

During an Instagram Q&A, Nurk shared how her partner of almost a year had reacted when she told him she was leaving the United States for Paris.

The model revealed, “The truth is, we both knew from the beginning that I would have to move back because of my job, friends, and family being here. Long distance relationships can be tough, but we’re both committed to making it work. We make sure to communicate regularly and make time for each other despite the distance.”

At the time, she added that their love was “worth the effort” and both wanted to try and make things work.

“I’m grateful to have such a supportive partner who understands my goals and passions. At the end of the day, it’s important to follow your heart and pursue your dreams, even if it means taking risks and facing challenges,” she explained.

The couple who was first spotted together during a PDA-filled romantic getaway in Mykonos, Greece last summer, had moved into an $18 million, 5,500-square-foot condo in early 2023.

The real estate mogul told People at the time, “We’re living here, I think, for many years. I’ve lived in many nice places, but this is my favorite place by far.”

Oppenheim previuosly dating co-star Chrishell Stause. They ended their relationship after seven months upon realizing they had different opinions about starting a family.
