Clearly emotional, she revealed in the fan-shared video, “I was told a long time ago that I couldn’t have children and I never believed it. I don’t believe in lies. I decided to have a baby by myself. And then by a miracle, it worked for a little while. And yesterday, yeah, yesterday was f–king s–t. It's really interesting the things the people say to you about things like this. Some people say Congratulations… but they didn't read the caption which is intensely awkward.”

The 33-year-old continued in the video, “But this year has been hands down the hardest year that it had ever had to go through. In December last year, I lost my hearing. I got diagnosed with Meniere’s.”

Fighting through her tears, Jessie J joked for the audience while also sharing, “Then I lost my voice.. which is f---ing awful. Just because I didn't know who I was without singing.. then I lost my baby.”

Just hours before her stage performance, she revealed with a picture of her holding a positive home pregnancy test result via Instagram that she lost her baby.

“Yesterday morning I was laughing with a friend saying “Seriously though how am I going to get through my gig in LA tomorrow night without telling the whole audience I am pregnant”. By yesterday afternoon I was dreading the thought of getting through the gig without breaking down…”

She shared that during her 3rd scan, she was told that there was no longer a heartbeat.

“I decided to have a baby on my own. Because it’s all I’ve ever wanted and life is short. To get pregnant was a miracle in itself and an experience I will never forget and I know I will have it again,” she wrote. “I'm still in shock, the sadness is overwhelming. But I know I am strong, and I know I will be ok."
