Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom co-parenting daughter Daisy after split

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are co-parenting their daughter Daisy, 4.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor and the Firework hitmaker broke up in June 2025 after nearly ten years together.

A Source close to the couple told Us Weekly, “They are still very much in touch and co-parenting Daisy together. Orlando brought Daisy to meet Katy on tour before heading to the Bezos’ wedding. It’s not messy between them.”

The source added, “It’s not messy between them.”

Bloom, 48, and Perry, 40, are allegedly their a parenting style by keeping their lives flexible.

“They aren’t making drastic changes for Daisy’s sake. They will keep their lives in Montecito [California]. They are prioritizing stability and consistency for Daisy,” the source revealed.

Since announcing their split, the couple has shared that they are waiting for her tour to be over before they split.

“It’s not contentious at the moment. Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life,” the source shared.

Moreover, there have been reports stating that their break-up had been “a long time coming.”

After Perry’s latest album, “143,” received poor reviews, tensions grew for the former couple.

Speaking of her album, an insider revealed, “Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album. It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension.”

Perry and Blood started dating after meeting at an afterparty for the Golden Globes in 2016. They briefly split in 2017 but got back together.

In 2019, the Lord of the Rings star proposed to Perry and welcomed their daughter Daisy in August 2020.

In a 2024 interview with Flaunt, Bloom admitted their relationship wasn’t always easy.

“Sometimes things are really, really, really challenging. I won’t lie. We definitely battle with our emotions and creativity. I think we’re both aware of how blessed we are to have uniquely connected in the way that we did at the time that we did. And there’s definitely never a dull moment,” he shared.

Perry, too, admitted that their arguments are fiery.

She said during a 2024 interview with Call Her Daddy podcast, “Orlando and I, when we argue, we argue kinda hot and fast and then cool really quickly. It’s like, ‘La la la la la, I love you. All right, let’s move on. We are fire, fire, fire, and so [Daisy] sees all of that.”
