Kristen Doute welcomes rainbow baby with fiancé Luke Broderick

Congratulations are in order.

The reality TV star Kristen Doute gave birth to her and iancé Luke Broderick’s rainbow baby on June 11.

Doute shared the news on Friday.

“She’s here, and we still can’t believe it. Luke is even hotter as a dad, and I just feel so lucky. And even though I haven’t slept or showered in two days, seeing our daughter and finally being able to hold her makes it all worth it. We’re completely overwhelmed with love and so grateful for her— our lives are already changed completely.”

The couple has named their baby girl Kaia Lily Broderick. They also revealed the inspiration for the newborn’s name, which means “the sea” in Hawaiian, the place where they got engaged.

In November 2024, the new mom revealed the news of her pregnancy on Instagram.

She captioned the announcement post, “So thankful. As a new mom-to-be, after experiencing a loss, there is a lot of fear that comes with the good news. Every week, and every ultrasound, lifted that weight little by little. When I saw the baby move for the first time, I finally felt like I was allowed to be excited. I am forever grateful.”

Eventually, in December 2024, Luke Broderick and Kristen Doute announced the gender of their baby via a pink smoke cannon.

The real estate agent and the former SUR waitress have been dating since 2022.

She shared her plans to start a family with her partner in March 2024.

“Watching all of my friends over the past few years get married, have babies, and grow their families, [I started thinking], ‘S–t, I am the oldest girl in this group. When is my time?” Doute said at the time.

The Vanderpump Rules star suffered a miscarriage in 2023 at six weeks along. She had explained that the pregnancy was considered a blighted ovum, meaning an embryo had not developed.”

However, she shared that she was relying on “God’s plan” to conceive again and did not undergo in vitro fertilization or freeze her eggs.
