Kyle Richards reveals her current weight: It’s not my ‘revenge body’

Kyle Richards has revealed her weight to be at 117 pounds after changing her lifestyle. She was her heaviest at 132 pounds while on a vacation to Italy in 2022.

The reality TV star said to US Weekly, “I need to change up my workouts because my body has become accustomed. I have this trainer — @corygfitness on Instagram — and he’ll email me a routine. You have to keep changing it constantly, otherwise the progress will halt.”

Adding that she has no desire to lose more weight, she revealed that she exercises every day, drinks protein shakes for breakfast, and snacks on apples, peanut butter, or string cheese.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills also claimed that she consumes fish and grilled chicken for dinner.

“I like eating at home so I know what’s going into my food,” Richards said.

The 54-year-old came to light after she was accused of using weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic to lose weight. Since then she has vehemently denied the accusations including claims that she had swapped alcohol for fitness.

“I don’t understand why doing something good for you is looked down upon. I was up at 5 o’clock; why wouldn’t I do something that makes me feel good and gives me energy? Maybe it’s a reflection of something they don’t like about themselves,” she said.

Speaking of her drinking habits, she said, “I don’t see myself drinking again. I love the way I feel and look…It’s meant to be an I-feel-good body.”

The mom of three, who recently split from her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, clarified that it is not meant to be a “revenge body.”
