Lil Wayne posts poem after breakup with girlfriend Denise Bidot

Lil Wayne has addressed his recent split from model Denise Bidot on the internet. According to tabloids, she left the rapper due to his support for President Trump.

The 38-year-old took to Twitter over his recent breakup hinting that Bidot couldn’t handle the heat of being with someone like him.

“I live the way I love and love the way I live,” he wrote. “I’m a lover not a lighter bekuz they burn out. I am an eternal fire and burning love, either leave with a tan, a 3rd degree burn, or stay and die in love. You’re sweating. Sincerely, the fireman.”

The 34-year-old plus-size fashion model, who recently launched her own capsule collection with Nasty Gal, confirmed their split Tuesday on her Instagram story. “Sometimes love just isn’t enough,” she wrote.

According to Love B. Scott, the relationship ended due to multiple reasons, including the New Orleans rapper’s support for Trump. “She broke up with Wayne,” a source reported the site. “It wasn’t just his Trump support, but that was a big part.”

The pair started dating sometime during the summer of this year, making their relationship public via social media posts.
