Gina Rodriguez and her husband Joe LoCicero took some time together at Manhattan Beach in California on Saturday. They are about to become new parents as they await the birth of their first child together.

The soon-to-be mom and dad were pictured kissing, embracing each other, and holding hands during their quality time at the beach.

The 38-year-old actress had her baby bump on full display as she wore a simple light blue dress and black shorts while her 36-year-old husband wore a dark green sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

Back in July 2022, on her birthday, the Jane the Virgin star announced her pregnancy.

Although the couple is very private about their personal life, she did reveal that her husband was training to be her doula.

“He’s a martial artist and so basically … he’s cornering the fight of my life. I wouldn’t call it a fight — I would say, it’s … me climbing my Mount Everest and he’s gonna corner me for it. He’s definitely the better half, so I’m hoping that he’ll just go on in there and pull our baby out,” she had told Entertainment Tonight.

Gina Rodriguez and Joe LoCicero first met in 2016 when he guest starred in Jane the Virgin as a stripper.

After crossing paths at a gym six months later, LoCicero made his move. They tied the knot in May 2019.
