Last Modified: 9th Sep

TV host Steve Harvey has confirmed that his daughter Lori and actor, and producer Michael B. Jordan have broken up after nearly two years of dating.

The 65-year-old Family Feud host said, “I heard about it. I wish them well. I’m team Lori, 1,000 percent. She’s my daughter. I love her. I support her.”

He added jokingly, “I feel fine. I’m fine. Ain’t changed my life none. I still gotta go to work. … I still gotta take care of my family. I still gotta keep putting this money aside for these grandkids.”

The “Judge Steve Harvey” star further went on to speak of Lori, 25, and Jordan, 35, relationship and in what terms it ended. “Look, as long as everybody can walk away in peace, be friends … I ain’t heard nobody say they busted no windows or nothing. As long as you don’t put your hands on my daughter, I don’t give a damn what you do.”

The former couple started dating in the fall of 2020 and by January 2021, they were Instagram-official. The news of their separation, which came this weekend was also equally surprising as in November 2021, the pair had a romantic dinner.

Previously Lori has dated both Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin Dior Combs,  race car driver Lewis Hamilton, singer Trey Songz, and rapper Future. Jordan has also been linked to model Cindy Bruna, actress Kiki Layne, and YouTuber Catherine Paiz.

Sources close to the couple revealed that Lori and Jordan split up as she "wasn't ready to commit" and was “very focused on her career.”

“She still wants to have fun and be free. Michael is a great guy. She is sad that their relationship didn't work out, but she is moving on." the source added.

Lori Harvey is signed to LA Model Management agency in the United States and Select Model Management in Europe. Steve Harvey adopted Lori after marrying his current wife Marjorie Harvey (née Bridges). The identity of her biological father is not known to the public.
