From 2009 to 2011, Edinburgh Fringe, Demetriou’s sketch troupe, Comedy Biscuit, received critical acclaim. Her TV debut was in 2013. She won the Skinny Debutant Award at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival Fringe for her debut show You'll Never Have All of Me. Natasia Demetriou is also a longtime member of the sketch comedy troupe Oyster Eyes.
In her career as a writer, she is famed for writing comedy sketch shows for Anna & Katy, Ellie, and Natasia, and The Midnight Beast.
