Abby Huntsman was born Abigail Haight Huntsman on May 1, 1986, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Her father is Jon Huntsman Jr., an American businessman, diplomat, politician, and the current Ambassador of the United States to Russia while her mother is Mary Kaye Huntsman, an activist.
She has six other siblings- four sisters Mary Anne Huntsman, Gracie Mei Huntsman, Asha Bharati Huntsman, Liddy Huntsman, and two brothers Will Huntsman and Jon Huntsman. The Huntsman siblings were raised in Utah but spent years in Asian countries such as Taiwan and Singapore.

After graduating from East High School, she attended the University of Pennsylvania. From there she graduated in 2008 with a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). She attended the University of Utah for her freshman year of college.

Abby Huntsman married her longtime boyfriend Jeffrey Bruce Livingston on August 28, 2010. They had met in college. In November 2017, she welcomed her first child with her husband. The baby girl was named Isabel Grace Livingston.
In January 2019, she revealed that she is pregnant with twins! She welcomed twins- daughter Ruby and son Willy in June 2019. Currently, the couple is living without rumors of extra-marital affairs and divorce.

Early Days
When Abby Huntsman was 16 years old, she worked at Good Morning America, as a behind-the-camera person. But she did not like the experience and even thought of pursuing a career in television. However, this all changed while attending the University of Pennsylvania. There she interned for Diane Sawyer and was very much impressed by her presenting skills.
After graduation, she worked at Burson-Marsteller, an international public relations and communication firm. In 2012, she appeared as a political commentator for ABC’s Good Morning America in New York City. That year her father’s presidential campaign was running and she worked as the media advisor and surrogate. The same year she was featured in This Week with George Stephanopoulos and Rock Center.
The View
The next year in 2013, Abby Huntsman was listed in Forbes 30 under 30 list of up-and-coming members of the media. She joined MSNBC's The Cycle in July 2013. After running for two years, The Cycle was canceled. Huntsman then went on to work as a host/producer for HuffPost Live while also making guest appearances on CNN.
In October 2015, she began her job as a general assignment reporter on Fox News Channel. It was announced in August 2018 that Abby Huntsman would be joining ABC’s talk show The View. Huntsman also has published a children's book titled Who Will I be?.
