Alfie Allen is an actor by profession and British by nationality. Amongst all his roles, he is best known for portraying Theon Greyjoy in the HBO series Game of Thrones.

Alfie Allen’s birth took place on 12 September 1986 in Hammersmith, London, England. He was born Alfie Evan Allen to his father Keith Allen, an actor, and his mother Alison Owen, a film producer. He is also the third cousin of singer Sam Smith and his uncle is Kevin Allen, a film director, screenwriter, film producer, and actor.
He is not the only child of his parents and has an older sibling, a sister named Lily Allen, a singer, and a songwriter. He also has five half-siblings, half-Brother Kevin and half-sisters Teddie-Rose Malleson-Allen, Rebecca Allen, Sarah Owen, and Gala Talbott. His nieces are Marnie Rose Cooper and Ethel Mary Cooper.

He was educated at Windlesham House School. After graduation, he attended St John's College and later Fine Arts College. In the latter, Alfie Allen studied A-levels. His ethnicity includes Welsh, English, and Irish.

Allen began dating Jaime Winstone and got engaged to her on September 5, 2008. But the couple never made it to the altar and instead broke up in 2010.
Alfie Allen went on to date Allie Teilz, American DJ and model in 2016. He and his girlfriend welcomed a baby daughter named Arrow in October 2018. The couple has not revealed any plans to get married. They eventually separated and went on their own paths.

Before fame
Allen started his professional career in 1998. That year, he and his sister appeared in the film Elizabeth, which was produced by their mother. This was followed by small roles in Spaced, Casualty 1907, Jericho, etc.
In films, he portrayed supporting characters in Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London (2004), Sixty Six (2006), Atonement (2007), The Other Boleyn Girl (2008), The Kid (2010), etc.
For the first season of Game of Thrones, he auditioned for the role of Jon Snow but instead landed the role of Theon Greyjoy. He has been portraying the character from 2011 until its final season in 2019.

Worked in
Since the breakthrough role, he has starred in the movies John Wick (2014), and The Predator (2018), while Jojo Rabbit and How to Build a Girl are in the post-production phase. In TV series, Alfie Allen appeared in Close to the Enemy as Ringwood.
