Asian Doll’s birth took place on December 7, 1996, in Dallas, Texas, USA. She was born Misharron Jermeisha Allen to her mother LaKeithia Lewis, who was “respected in the streets,” and her father Michael Allen, who spent 10 years in jail and was absent for most of her life.
She is not the only child of her parents and has three siblings – an older brother, a younger brother, and a younger sister (born in May 2003; known by the name Infleelow). Growing up, Asian Doll was a troublesome child.

She was kicked out of high school in the 10th grade. She did join another high school but dropped out in the 12th grade instead of graduating to focus on her career as a rapper.
Her ethnicity is African-American.

Asian Doll dated reality star Bandhunta Izzy in 2017. But just a year into their romantic relationship, she ended her relationship with her boyfriend. She began dating a mystery boyfriend who was later revealed to be King Von, whom she had introduced via social media. They dated from 2018 to 2020.
She went on to date Dougie B, which was revealed in January 2022.
Asian Doll announced her pregnancy via social media in August 2025 and welcomed her daughter, Mi'Lani, in September 2025. The identity of the father of her child remains undisclosed.

Having started to rap in high school, she released her debut EP, Da Rise of Barbie Doll Gang Empire, in 2015.
