Who is Chris Lowell?

Chris Lowell is an actor, photographer by profession, and American by nationality. He is best known for starring in Veronica Mars as Stosh "Piz" Piznarski, Private Practice as William "Dell" Parker, Graves as Jeremy Graves, and GLOW as Bash.

Chris Lowell – Age, Parents, Siblings

Chris Lowell’s birth took place on October 17, 1984, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He was born Christopher Russell Lowell to his father David Lowell while the identity of his mother is unknown, although he often talks about her. He is the oldest child of his parents. His four younger siblings- brother Andrew Lowell, twin sisters, and the youngest sister.

Education, Ethnicity

For education, he attended Atlanta International School and at the age of 16 had the chance to visit Kenya with his teacher. After graduation, he went on to study at the University of Southern California. 

His ethnicity includes English, German, Scottish, Irish, and French.

Chris Lowell – Girlfriend, Wife, Children, Divorce

Chris Lowell married his longtime girlfriend Kerry Bishe but is yet to reveal their wedding date. With his wife, who is also an actress, he has two children. His daughter is named Della Lowell while the name of his younger child, born in October 2019, is not shared with the public. They also welcomed a baby in July 2021.

Currently, the couple is happily married and is living without rumors of extra-marital affairs or divorce.

Early Days

Lowell had developed his love for acting and theatre while in the first grade and as he grew up, so did his passion for acting. While playing beach volleyball in his first year of college, in 2003, he was discovered by a talent scout. Chris Lowell soon landed the role of Jonathan Fields on the ABC teen drama Life As We Know It. However, the series was short-lived and ran for only 13 episodes. 

Finally, in 2006, he was cast as the recurring character Stosh "Piz" Piznarski in the TV series Veronica Mars alongside Kristen Bell. He portrayed the character for a total of 20 episodes.

Since then Chris Lowell has starred in the TV series Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice (2008-2010) as William 'Dell' Parker, The Help (2011) as Stuart Whitworth, GLOW (2017-present) as Sebastian “Bash” Howard, Graves (2016-2017) as Jeremy Graves. He has also portrayed characters in the films Love and Honor (2013), Veronica Mars (2014), Promising Young Woman (2020), and Breaking News in Yuba County, among others.

Moreover, he has directed, co-written, and produced the comedy-drama film Beside Still Waters (2013). He is also a photographer.
