Coby Cotton is a YouTuber by profession and American by nationality. He is a member of Dude Perfect, a Guinness World Record-holding group, alongside his twin brother Cory Cotton and fellow YouTubers Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones, and Tyler Toney.

Coby Cotton – Bio, Age, Parents, Siblings

Coby Cotton’s birth took place on July 17, 1987, in Dallas, Texas, USA. He was born to his mother Diann Cotton and his father Larry Cotton.

He is not the only child of his parents and has two siblings - a sister Catherine Cotton, and a younger twin brother Cory Cotton. 

Education, Ethnicity

For education, he attended Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2010 where he was roommates with fellow Dude Perfect members. His ethnicity is Caucasian.

Coby Cotton – Girlfriend, Wife, Children, Divorce

Coby Cotton married his longtime girlfriend Aubrey Ellett on 3 December 2017 after getting engaged in August 2017. He and his wife became parents for the first time after Ellett gave birth to their daughter Carter Elisabeth Cotton on May 14, 2021. 

Currently, the couple is living happily without rumors of extra-marital affairs or divorce.

Before Fame

Coby Cotton started his career in 2009. Along with his group, he had uploaded a video of trick shots on YouTube where they bet on sandwiches via basketball shots in their backyard. The video collected 200,000 views within just a week.

After their fame began to rise, the group pledged to sponsor a child from Compassion International for every 100,000 views on their trick shot videos. Soon ESPN's E:60 also contacted the group for a segment followed by appearances on ESPN's First Take, Pardon the Interruption, Around the Horn, and SportsNation.

Book, Games, Show

Along with Dude Perfect, Coby Cotton has launched games Dude Perfect (2011), Dude Perfect 2 (2012), Endless Ducker (2012) and That's Lit (2012). They also have worked in the shows The Dude Perfect Show (2016), Bad Jokes (2018), Somebody's Gotta Do It (2014), and Overtime while also publishing the book Go Big.

They are also the holders of multiple Guinness World Records.

Good Morning America hosted a segment about the legitimacy of the group's tricks, questioning if they were real or not. Dude Perfect responded by saying that it takes multiple attempts at the shots when filming before they successfully convert the final shots.
