Cory Cotton is a YouTuber by profession and American by nationality. He is a member of the Guinness World Record-holding group Dude Perfect alongside his twin brother Coby Cotton and fellow YouTubers Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones, and Tyler Toney.

Cory Cotton’s birth took place on July 17, 1987, in Dallas, Texas, USA. He was born to his mother Diann Cotton and his father Larry Cotton. He is not the only child of his parents and has two siblings- a sister Catherine Cotton, and an older twin brother Coby Cotton, who is also a member of Dude Perfect.

In high school, Cory Cotton played basketball. After graduation, he attended Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2010 where he was roommates with fellow Dude Perfect members.

Cory Cotton married his longtime girlfriend Amy Cotton on August 6, 2016. On November 30, 2018, he and his wife welcomed two children – twins Crew Cotton (son) and Collins Cotton (daughter). Amy gave birth to their third child- Charlie Cotton on March 3, 2020.
The couple seems to be happy together without rumors of extra-marital affairs and divorce.

Before Fame
Cory Cotton’s started his career on YouTube rather accidentally in 2009. He along with his group had uploaded a video of trick shots on YouTube, where they were betting on sandwiches via basketball shots in their backyard. Within a week they had collected 200,000 views.
As the views began to increase, Dude Perfect pledged to sponsor a child from Compassion International for every 100,000 views. ESPN's E:60 also contacted the group for a segment that promoted their appearances on ESPN's First Take, Pardon the Interruption, Around the Horn, and SportsNation.

They have also launched Dude Perfect, a free mobile game in 2011, Dude Perfect 2 in 2012, and other games Endless Ducker and That's Lit in 2012. They have had appearances in The Dude Perfect Show (2016), Bad Jokes (2018), Somebody's Gotta Do It (2014), and Overtime, and published a book titled Go Big.

Although the group holds many Guinness World Records, Good Morning America hosted a segment about the legitimacy of the group's tricks- whether they were real or not. The group explained that it takes multiple attempts at the shots when filming before successfully converting the final shots.
