She was raised by her parents in Muswell Hill, London.

As a young girl, Daisy Edgar-Jones accompanied her father to the set of Big Brother. She began acting at the age of 5 following participation in a school play.

Her debut role was as Kate in 2016's Outnumbered, a Christmas Special on BBC One. This was followed by the role of Olivia Marsden, a recurring character in the TV series Cold Feet (2016-2020).
