Finally, in 2002, he landed his breakthrough role as Antwone "Fish" Fisher in the film Antwone Fisher. This was followed by roles in the hit films Glory Road (2006), Catch a Fire (2006), Miracle at St. Anna (2008), Madea Goes to Jail (2009), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Baggage Claim (2013), Supremacy (2014), Extraction (2020).
