This was followed by appearances in the TV series Stingers (1999), The Secret Life of Us (2002), Stingers (2003), Blue Heelers (2004-2005), and the main role in Something in the Air (2000-2002).

Finally, his main role as Petty Officer Pete Tomaszewski in Sea Patrol (2007-2009) gained him wide recognition.
