Is Juice WRLD his real name? No, his full name/real name was Jarad Anthony Higgins. Juice WRLD was born on December 2, 1998, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. His parents divorced when he was three years old. His father left the family and his mother was the one who raised him and his older brother.

When Juice WRLD was four years old, he started to play the piano. Growing up, he was allowed to listen to rock and pop music by his conservative mother but not hip hop and rap. As he was interested in music from an early age, his mother Carmella Wallace sent him to guitar and drums. He also played the trumpet.

In his teens, he started to rely on destructive habits, beginning with drinking in the 6th grade. By 2013, he was addicted to drugs and smoking. Only in high school, did he quit smoking.

But the name of his high school is not known. His ethnicity was African-American.

Juice WRLD was in a relationship with his girlfriend Ally Lotty and resided in Los Angeles together before his death. He was not married, sans wife and children.

As a rapper

Fascinated by the art of hip-hop and rap, he began to take rapping seriously in his sophomore year of high school. In 2015, he released the first track, "Forever" on SoundCloud under the stage name JuicetheKidd. Soon, he changed his stage name to Juice WRLD inspired by rapper Tupac Shakur and his role in the film Juice.

In 2017, he released a single track with producer Nick Mira. On June 15, 2017, Juice WRLD’s EP 9 9 9 was released. It gained attention from fellow artists Waka Flocka Flame, Southside, G Herbo, and Lil Bibby.

In December 2017, his second EP Nothings Different was released. Its song Lucid Dreams and All Girls Are the Same were major hits, reaching the Billboard Hot 100. In May 2018, Lucid Dreams was re-released along with a music video. It reached number two on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Albums

On May 23, 2018, he released his very first studio album Goodbye & Good Riddance followed by a two-song EP, Too Soon.. on June 19, 2018. The album was dedicated to late rappers Lil Peep and XXXTentacion.

On July 10, 2018, Higgins’ single Wasted, which featured Lil Uzi Vert was released and reached 67 on the Billboard Hot 100. And on July 20, 2018, Higgins announced WRLD Domination, his first tour. Recently on October 19, 2018, his second mixtape Wrld on Drugs was released.

Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with The Chainsmokers, Travis Scott, Future Ski Mask the Slump God, G Herbo, and Halsey. A joint mixtape with Ski Mask the Slump God, Evil Twins, was set to be released in 2019.

Juice WRLD marks Chief Keef, Kanye West, Billy Idol, Eminem, Wu-Tang Clan, Fall Out Boy, Black Sabbath, and Megadeth as his major influences to pursue music.

Songs leaks

As a result of the Google Drive hack, over 100 unreleased songs of Juice WRLD were leaked in August 2018. Following the leak, he released some of the leaked songs officially.

Juice WRLD – Death

Just a week after his 21st birthday, Juice WRLD suffered from a seizure at Chicago's Midway Airport. TMZ reported that he was bleeding from the mouth when medics responded to the scene and was conscious while being rushed to a nearby hospital. He was declared dead there.

The rapped had rapped in his song "Legends" that he suffered "paranoia" and "wasn't making it past 21."

According to law enforcement, he swallowed several Percocet pills upon landing after he learned that federal agents were going to search the plane.  The search on the private plane gave out  70 lbs. of marijuana, some codeine, and 3 handguns.
