Begin began her career as an actress in the year 2004. Her debut role was in an episode of Grounded for Life as Nikki. This was followed by a guest role in E-Ring (2005) and in the film Walk the Talk (2007). Finally, in 2007 she landed her breakthrough role, as Sylvia in the drama film Remember the Daze.

Since then Katrina Begin has starred in the films Life in Color (2015), The Missing Sister (2019), Lifetime’s Psycho Party Planner (2020), The Secret: Dare to Dream (2020), King Richard (2021), and in the TV films Second Chance Christmas (2017), A Mother's Greatest Fear (2018), Christmas Break-In (2018).

Moreover, she has had guest appearances in the TV series The Protector (2011), Devious Maids (2016), Good Behavior (2017), and as a guest star in No Ordinary Family (2010-2011). She was cast as the main character Jenny in the short-lived TV series The Agency (2010).
